1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jli99.cam ("jli99," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating in the Republic of the Philippines. 2.3 Account Registration Requirements

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You agree to notify jli99 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. jli99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, twenty-four hours per day. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5-15 minutes; bank transfers within 1-3 business days; cryptocurrency within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times. Minimum withdrawal amount is five hundred Philippine pesos (₱500.00). You may only withdraw to payment methods registered and verified under your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

jli99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts exceeding fifty thousand pesos (₱50,000.00) or when suspicious activity is detected. Such verification may include additional identity documents, source of funds documentation, or video call verification. Failure to comply with verification requests within thirty (30) days will result in withdrawal denial and potential account closure.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, jli99 maintains strict AML policies. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Unusual transaction patterns, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, or other suspicious activity will trigger enhanced due diligence and may result in account freezing pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 Bonus Terms

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While jli99 strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, network failures, software updates, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service disruptions. jli99 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jli99 disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to jli99 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination and Account Closure

jli99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms; (b) you provide false or misleading information; (c) you engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior; (d) your account shows signs of problem gambling that we are ethically obligated to address; (e) we are required to do so by PAGCOR, law enforcement, or judicial order. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination results from Terms violations. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after completing standard verification procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the jli99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or your use of jli99 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jli99 retains the right to seek injunctive relief in Philippine courts to protect its intellectual property rights or enforce these Terms.

12. Communication and Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from jli99 via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messages. Such communications may include account notifications, promotional offers, security alerts, and updates to our Terms or policies. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings; however, you cannot opt out of essential service-related communications.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jli99 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of jli99. jli99 may freely assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
